As a Sector Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering client engagement within the International sector. Success in this role requires a collaborative approach, leveraging cross-functional teams and external partnerships to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the assigned sector, focusing on cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with channel, marketing, and technical teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Partner with the Global Sales Director and other sector leads to share insights and best practices.
- Work with account managers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling cybersecurity services.
- Build strong relationships with clients and external partners to drive sector growth.
- Identify and target potential customers to expand the client base and establish new business opportunities.
- Cultivate connections with potential leads through diverse communication platforms, building a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Comprehend customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to customize product or service solutions accordingly.
- Lead the management and prioritization of leads within the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient follow-up and closing.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor in cybersecurity solutions.
- Provide valuable insights to improve sales strategies, product development, and go-to-market approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, delivery, and channel partners, to develop and execute comprehensive client solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Represent the organization at industry events and forums to enhance visibility, branding, and thought leadership.
- Leverage insights from internal business units and external partnerships to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.
Work Experience:
- 10-12+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, business development or account management.
- Extensive experience working across business units to deliver sector-specific solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related fields; MBA preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, technologies, and partner ecosystems.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance analytics.
