Business Development Manager

Currently partnered with a global MSSP who is expanding the team and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand their presence in the Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company’s cybersecurity services portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development within the cybersecurity services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Abu Dhabi.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning them with the company’s service offerings.
- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a consultative selling approach.
- Represent the company at regional events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, within the cybersecurity sector. You must have strong security services sales experience for this role.
- Strong understanding of Managed Security Services.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Established network in the Abu Dhabi business community is a strong advantage.
