The Role:
As the Group Chief Information Officer, you will spearhead the company’s IT strategy, overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions that will streamline operations, drive automation and efficiencies, enhance data security, and foster business growth. - Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company’s overall vision and objectives.
- Oversee implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions that drive business efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the IT department and across the organization.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity practices are in place to safeguard the organization’s digital assets and sensitive information.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of IT professionals, ensuring continuous development and knowledge-sharing.
- Increase maturity of the IT function, optimize overall technical debt and assess opportunities for cost optimization across service management, information security and cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Manage relationships with key technology vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
