Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary: The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients in the IT industry. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Complete Account Mapping from Top to Bottom
Cross Sell/Up Sell
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized IT solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, or software development.
Arabic Speaking
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
