Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Security Operations Centre, ensuring 24/7 coverage and effective incident response.

- Develop and implement SOC processes, playbooks, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand security needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor the threat landscape, ensuring the SOC stays ahead of emerging risks and trends.
- Maintain and enhance the SOC's technical tools and capabilities, including SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms.
About you:
- Proven experience in a SOC management or similar leadership role within cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of security operations, threat analysis, and incident response processes.
- Proficiency with SOC tools such as SIEM platforms, EDR solutions, and threat intelligence systems.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
