Position Overview

As CTO & Strategic Investor, you'll lead our technological vision while having significant influence in shaping the company's future. You'll build and lead a global tech team developing our proprietary platforms for talent assessment, recruitment, and business advisory services.

Primary Responsibilities

Architect and execute the company's technical vision
Lead development of AI-driven talent matching platforms
Design scalable assessment and analytics systems
Build and manage global remote tech teams
Oversee cybersecurity and data protection
Participate in board-level strategic decisions
Guide product development and innovation
Manage technical partnerships and integrations

Required Technical Expertise

Full-stack development (React, Node.js, Python)
AI/ML implementation experience
Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
Data science and analytics
