4. Database and CRM Management
- Manage the CRM database, ensuring it is properly set up, maintained, and secured.
- Train staff on using the CRM effectively to capture leads, manage client data, and track transactions.
- Regularly clean and update the database to improve data quality and performance.
5. Cybersecurity and Data Protection
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive client and company data, including firewall and antivirus protections.
- Conduct regular security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and apply patches.
- Train employees on data security best practices to prevent breaches, phishing, and data theft.
6. Software and Technology Procurement
- Research, recommend, and implement real estate-specific software solutions, such as property listing management systems, CRM software, and accounting tools.

- Stay updated with new technology trends that can benefit the company’s operational efficiency and customer experience.
7. Data Analytics and Reporting
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to create data analytics and reporting solutions for tracking leads, sales, and property performance.
- Set up dashboards that provide insights into market trends, inventory status, and customer behavior.
- Assist in integrating analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Power BI, for in-depth data analysis.
8. Cloud and Remote Work Management
- Implement and manage cloud solutions (like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) for file storage and collaboration.
- Set up secure remote work solutions (VPNs or remote desktops) to allow employees to work effectively from any location.
- Ensure cloud services are secured with two-factor authentication and data encryption.
9. Support Digital Marketing Initiatives
- Assist the marketing team in integrating digital tools for lead generation, such as email marketing, social media management, and SEO tools.
- Support the setup of ad tracking tools (like Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager) on the website to measure campaign performance.
- Ensure lead generation tools are integrated with CRM systems for tracking and follow-up.
10. Compliance with Local Regulations
- Stay informed of Dubai’s real estate and data protection regulations to ensure compliance in all IT-related activities.
- Implement measures to align with the Dubai Data Protection Law and other local and international standards, especially in handling customer data.
