JOB SUMMARY
To be responsible for driving the division's Profit and Loss, from sales to project execution, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The Director of Solutions will work closely with the strategy and finance teams to develop budgets and plans aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Develop and execute strategies to expand service offerings and introduce new products in line with market demands.
2. Establish strong partnerships with manufacturers and vendors to enhance the company's reputation and offerings.
3. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, monitoring performance, and guiding them to achieve targets.
4. Establish a Research and Innovation Lab to drive product development and innovation.
5. Implement IT system governance for project management to ensure professional execution and real-time tracking of projects.
6. Ensure secure payment terms and appropriate commercial contract terms in client agreements.
7. Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage KPI penalties and contractual claims effectively.
8. Develop team skills and capabilities by facilitating technical certifications and training.
9. Standardize processes and SOPs across all projects to elevate client delivery standards.
10. Engage with clients regularly to understand their business needs and ensure client satisfaction.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Understanding of Smart Technologies:
- Knowledge of systems, connectivity protocols, and like MQTT, CoAP, and Zigbee.
- Big Data Analytics: Understanding of data management frameworks and tools and experience with data visualization software.
Cybersecurity and Data Privacy:
- Security Protocols: Knowledge of security principles and practices
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations and their implications for smart solutions.
