Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to join our team and focus on selling Cybersecurity solutions. The successful candidates will have a strong background in cybersecurity sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and manage accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within corporate accounts for our cybersecurity solutions. Conduct needs assessments and present tailored cybersecurity solutions that address client-specific challenges.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Solution Selling: Demonstrate and articulate the value of our cybersecurity solutions, including threat detection, response, and prevention services, to address clients’ security needs and compliance requirements.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify opportunities.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while aligning with company goals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product management, to deliver a seamless sales experience and ensure successful implementation and customer support.
- Reporting: Track sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales within the cybersecurity industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, including threat detection, vulnerability management, and data protection.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships and manage complex sales processes.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
