Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an Information Technology Specialist. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. They will also provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, and ensure the security and efficiency of the company's IT systems.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
