Job Summary:
Cityland Mall is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and updates on all IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network equipment.
- Network Management: Manage and monitor the network to ensure optimal performance and security. Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications. Ensure all software is licensed and up to date.
- Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company’s IT assets. Monitor for and respond to security breaches.
- User Training: Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and applications. Create and maintain user documentation and guides.
- Inventory Management: Manage IT inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses. Track and document all IT assets.
- Project Support: Assist with IT projects, including new system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with network management and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of server administration and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
- Proficiency in common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are preferred.
