Job Summary
Dr. Scent is seeking an IT Specialist to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, ERP system, hardware, and business applications across warehouses, offices, and retail locations.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, system integration, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage company servers and networks
- Support internet and Wi-Fi connectivity
- Maintain IT security
- Monitor system performance
- Manage backups and data protection
2. Hardware & Device Management
- Setup laptops, desktops, and printers
- Manage warehouse barcode scanners
- Support POS devices and tablets
- Maintain company IT inventory
- Troubleshoot hardware issues
3. User Support
- Provide IT support to employees
- Resolve system issues
- Support remote users
- Train users on systems
4. IT Security & Data Protection
- Manage user access permissions
- Maintain backup systems
- Monitor cybersecurity risks
- Implement IT policies
5. IT Projects
Support key projects:
- ERP improvements
- RFID implementation
- Warehouse automation
- CRM integration
- Mobile apps integration
Requirements
Experience
- 3–6 years IT experience
- ERP support experience preferred
- Network & hardware experience
Technical Skills
- Networking (LAN / Wi-Fi)
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Windows Server (preferred)
- Database basic knowledge (SQL preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Odoo / Custom ERP
- Bitrix24 CRM
- Warehouse systems
- POS systems
Education
Bachelor in:
