At Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate Group, we are expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our technology operations across our growing real estate portfolio.

What You’ll Be Leading:
Full IT infrastructure across company
ERP implementation & optimization (Odoo experience is a MUST)
CRM systems (Bitrix24 or similar)
Integration with real estate platforms (DLD, Ejari, Trakheesi, portals)
Cybersecurity, data protection & system performance
Automation & AI-driven reporting across departments
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Strategy & Infrastructure
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud systems, cybersecurity).
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and scalability across all entities.
2. ERP & Systems Management (Odoo / CRM)
- Lead implementation, customization, and optimization of ERP systems such as Odoo.
- Manage CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24 or similar) for sales, leasing, and property management.
- Integrate real estate systems (DLD, Ejari, Trakheesi, Property Finder, Bayut, etc.).
3. Business Process Automation
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows across departments (HR, Finance, Sales, Property Management).
- Implement digital solutions to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making.
- Drive AI-based reporting and automation initiatives where applicable.
4. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
- Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Protect company data, systems, and networks from cyber threats.
- Ensure compliance with UAE data protection regulations and best practices.
5. IT Operations & Support
- Oversee daily IT operations and provide technical support across all departments.
- Manage IT helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain hardware, software, and licensing inventory.
6. Vendor & System Management
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors, telecom providers (e.g., du), and software partners.
- Evaluate and procure new technologies aligned with company needs.
- Ensure SLAs and service quality are maintained.
7. Data Management & Reporting
- Establish centralized data systems and dashboards for management reporting.
- Support departments with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
8. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the IT team.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide training where needed.
9. Project Management
- Manage IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years experience in IT (Real Estate)
Proven experience in Odoo implementation & customization
Strong background in networks, cloud (Azure/AWS), and system integrations
Experience managing multiple systems & vendors
Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
