Job Description
Working alongside a professional team at the Group’s Corporate Head Office in Hong Kong, we are seeking a Vice President, Group Security and Operational Risk. This leadership role is responsible for setting corporate framework, implementing and maintaining the highest standards of security and risk management. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding our people and assets, while also protecting and enhancing the Group’s reputation.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement corporate security framework, and offer advice on access control, surveillance, incident response, emerging threats, geopolitical risks and regulatory changes impacted on operations.
- Partner with all corporate cross functional teams to align security policies and practices.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to oversee crisis management, emergency response and business continuity planning.
- Direct physical security operations including access control, surveillance, and incident response.
- Oversee the Group’s Safety Management System and ensure integration with security protocols.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure effective incident resolution.
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with internal policies, global regulations and industry standards.
- Support incident management reporting
- Supports investigations into workplace violence and security regulatory breaches.
- Collaborate with the Group Risk Committee to identify and prioritise risks.
- Lead a high-performing, diverse global security team to promote a culture of safety and integrity.
General requirements
- A degree from an accredited college, university, or recognised security association in security and risk management.
- A minimum 10 years of progressive experience in corporate security, law enforcement or military preferably within hospitality or consumer-facing industries.
- Excellent knowledge of safety systems and their implementation.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent English speaker with strong writing and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
