We are currently hiring to build our Managed Services business in AIQU.
Looking out for someone with below expertise -
- 10 years+ experience in selling IT Managed Services.
- Ability to define and execute a Managed Services strategy aligned with our business growth objectives.
- Experience in building scalable delivery models for Statement of Work (SoW) and outcome-based services.
- Proven track record in establishing governance frameworks, KPIs, and quality standards for service delivery.
- Hands-on experience in managing multi-domain technology services (AI, BI/Data, Digital Engineering, ERP/CRM, Cybersecurity, Compliance).
- Strong background in SLA adherence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with delivery tracking, reporting, and automation tools.
- Ability to drive revenue growth through client acquisition, upselling, and service expansion.
- Experience in proposal development, RFP response, and contract negotiations.
- Knowledge of pricing models for managed services and building tech partnerships.
- Proven experience in hiring and leading delivery managers, consultants, and technical experts.
- Ability to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity.
- Understanding of different skill sets and KPIs for staffing vs. managed services teams, the latter often comes from system integrators or consultancy backgrounds.
- Highly client-facing with strong persuasion and sales skills.
