Principal Cybersecurity Architect & MSSP Practice Lead
Location: Dubai, UAE (Remote/On-site Hybrid Possible)

Role Purpose
We are looking for a Principal Cybersecurity Architect to design and lead a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) practice. The role involves building MSSP offerings, selecting and integrating best-in-class security technologies (Fortinet, SentinelOne, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike), and guiding a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC). This position requires both strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise to protect clients from evolving cyber threats while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage MSSP services: SIEM, SOC, managed EDR, and vulnerability management.
- Act as lead engineer and advocate for key security vendor partnerships.
- Develop and document security architectures, policies, and procedures.
- Lead incident response activities and forensic investigations.
- Mentor and train SOC analysts and cybersecurity engineers.
- Stay up to date on emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in an architect/lead role.
- Hands-on expertise with firewalls, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Fortinet NSE 4/7, PCNSE, or Microsoft SC-200/400.
- Proven experience in building or operating a 24/7 SOC.
- Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and UAE NESA frameworks.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
