Role Description
Passport Legacy is looking for a full-time on-site Processing Officer, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Must have at least 2 years experience in the Residence and Citizenship by Investment industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Internet Explorer.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop working relationships.
- Ability to understand and explain legal processing requirements and determine client eligibility.
- Attention to detail in identifying potential issues with documents and applications.
- Sensitivity to immigrant/client issues and commitment to data protection.
Role Responsibilities
- Process Citizenship by Investment applications for Antigua & Barbuda, St. Lucia, Grenada, St. Kitts & Nevis, and Dominica.
- Develop and maintain accurate and complete case records across all programs.
- Prepare and update personalized checklists of required documents.
- Oversee, update, and follow up on client datasheets for different locations.
- Coordinate with designated organizations, stakeholders, and legal counsel.
- Provide and manage personalized client service via email and phone.
- Complete immigration forms, compile documentation, and follow up on missing materials.
- Dispatch client documents for further processing and ensure timely submission of applications.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential case files (electronic and hard copy).
- Ensure proper saving and uploading of documents on shared drives.
- Monitor changes in immigration regulations and stay updated on Citizenship by Investment programs.
