Insilico Medicine is a leading company in artificial intelligence for drug discovery that has launched multiple software products, including target identification platform PandaOmics, and automated drug discovery platform Chemistry42. We are looking for a systems administrator to join AI R&D team. You will work with product teams and top AI scientists in this field.

Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure: Manage endpoints
Work with vendors on hardware purchases (servers, corporate laptops)
Monitor resources
Help new employees onboard
Work with IT helpdesk and support requests (access, troubleshooting)
Improve IT workflow: improve requests flow, transparency, and speed Define and follow helpdesk objectives
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of IT system administration experience
- Familiar with Microsoft365, Google Workspace
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and server management
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software (Firewall, Routing, Tunnels, DNS, NAT), hardware, and networking protocols.
- Proficient in scripting and automation using bash and python
- Ability to develop and implement an IT strategy, discover and mitigate issues
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
- Good communication skills and desire to help the teams
