We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex Cybersecurity projects within a very large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring program oversight, governance, vendor coordination and executive reporting of multiple concurrent initiatives, while aligning with organizational goals and scope. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in enterprise cybersecurity to coordinate various contractors, vendors and internal teams and providing transparent and meaningful reporting to different levels within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Oversight & Delivery
- Establish and maintain robust program governance structures, including steering committees, risk registers, and change control protocols.
- Prepare and present executive dashboards, risk updates, and board-level briefings.
- Lead and coordinate multiple cybersecurity and related IT projects across various departments and business units.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security policies, and strategic objectives.
- Drive program execution from initiation through closure, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Governance & Reporting
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including steering committees, risk management, and change control processes.
- Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate program status, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts or roadblocks that may impact program success.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers involved in program delivery.
- Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting enterprise cybersecurity.
Key Requirements
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 10+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 5 years focused on cybersecurity initiatives.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications (preferred): PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
