Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Officer located in Dubai, U.A.E. The IT Officer will manage and support all IT operations. The IT officer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and managing both network and system administration. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining secure networks, system integrity, ensuring uninterrupted access to critical systems for front- and back-office operations, and compliance with local and international data regulations.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Proficiency in Information Technology
- Experience in Network and System Administration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, market data software, and financial reporting systems.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection laws (including UAE's Personal Data Protection Law if applicable).
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN), and cloud services (Azure or AWS)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support or systems administration role.
- Support internal digital transformation initiatives and ERP/CRM integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Preferably with CRM Experience.
