We're seeking a Site Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence at our TeKnowledge locations. This role will play a critical part in managing site performance, aligning with business objectives, and ensuring teams are empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a strategic leader, the Site Manager will collaborate with Business Line Leaders and the Country Operations Leader to drive efficiency, engagement, and long-term success.
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and monitoring site performance, ensuring seamless collaboration between Operations and Business Enablement leaders. The role involves building, motivating, and developing teams while ensuring business sustainability. The Site Manager will also ensure teams have the necessary support and resources to deliver outstanding customer service experience.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all facility operations, including maintenance, security, and safety protocols, to provide a safe and efficient working environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of facility staff, contractors, and vendors, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- In partnership with Human Resources, develop, implement, and monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration between Operations and Business Enablement leaders.
- Plan and prioritize staffing, organizational, and client requirements.
- Manage headcount and coordinate with Global Managers to update quotas, targets, and team structures.
- Attend regular operational and business review meetings.
- Oversee site-wide metrics, ensuring accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as an escalation point for operational issues when needed.
- Analyze reports and implement action plans to meet operational and strategic objectives.
- Diagnose process inefficiencies and propose improvements at both operational and business levels.
- Develop, implement, and maintain business processes.
- Drive performance management and people development initiatives.
- Define and execute culture and engagement strategies at the site level.
- Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure employee success.
- Manage the site budget and ensure financial targets are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of management experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership role within a global operation.
- Proven experience leading a team of 400+ people.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and planning skills.
- Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and influence skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities based on data insights.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Commitment to self-development and team growth.
- Background in IT support organizations is highly desirable.
- Customer-focused leadership with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Experience working in a high-tech, fast-paced environment at a senior level.
- Ability to drive strong KPIs in partnership with business leaders.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies in collaboration with HR.
- Knowledge of labor laws, financial planning, and market dynamics.
- Expertise in performance management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and integrity.
- Professional fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
