Job Description: Operation Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Department: Operations Reports to: CEO
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Implementation:
- Translate the group’s strategic goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other executives to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and operational excellence.
2. Operational Oversight:
- Oversee various departments and functions within the group, ensuring smooth operations, effective resource allocation, and efficient processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Financial Management:
- Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to develop budgets, analyze financial data, and make strategic decisions that maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure financial targets and compliance requirements are met.
4. Team Leadership:
- Manage and provide guidance to teams across the organization.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, encourage innovation, and ensure that teams have the necessary resources and support to achieve their objectives.
5. Risk Management:
- Assess and manage operational risks, develop contingency plans, and implement measures to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Ensure business continuity and resilience.
6. Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Introduce technological advancements or best practices to optimize operations.
7. Stakeholder Management:
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, address concerns, and foster a positive group image.

- Analytics: Deliver accurate, actionable insights and improve forecasting.
- Sales: Achieve revenue targets and increase lead conversion rates.
- IT: Ensure system uptime, enhance cybersecurity, and adopt efficient tech solutions.
- Leads QC: Provide high-quality leads, refine standards, and reduce rejections.
- Project Management: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and exceed expectations.
- Strategic Alignment: Align departments to company goals and foster collaboration.
- Efficiency: Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
- Revenue Growth: Sustain revenue growth and maximize ROI on leads.

- Develop Strong Relationships with Key Stakeholders:
- Build strong relationships with the CEO, department heads, and team leaders.
- Foster trust and collaboration through clear communication and vision.
- Drive Quick Wins and Set the Foundation for Long-Term Success:
- Identify and execute high-impact, short-term improvements (e.g., fixing bottlenecks, improving efficiency).
- Develop and communicate a roadmap for long-term operational enhancements.
- Establish measurable KPIs to track progress and set the tone for accountability and excellence.

- Analytics: Provides actionable data to guide strategic decisions and track performance.
- Sales: Drives revenue generation and ensures efficient lead conversion, directly impacting growth targets.
- IT: Supports operational efficiency, system integration, and cybersecurity to enhance productivity.
- Leads QC: Ensures quality assurance for sales pipelines, maximizing conversion potential.
Indirect Reports:
- Property Management and Leasing: Ensures client satisfaction and service excellence, directly influencing retention and long-term profitability.
- Commercial Sales: Aligns its strategy with the company’s operational framework to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Consulting: Enhances the company’s market position by offering value-added services that differentiate the business.
- Partnerships: Fosters strategic collaborations, creating growth opportunities.
Cross-Office Functional Responsibilities:
While primarily focused on MCRE, the Operation Manager may collaborate with the Operation Manager based in Dubai to ensure consistency in the application of best practices and success stories for the betterment of the group.
