Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA efforts for cutting-edge solutions.
- Perform manual, regression, functional, and exploratory testing to detect and reproduce bugs.
- Develop automated tests for APIs and web interfaces, and conduct load testing using tools like K6.
- Ensure smooth and regular feature releases with minimal bugs through effective communication with developers.
- Monitor services via metrics, dashboards, and alerts to enable visibility and proactive issue resolution.
- Implement automation to drive productivity improvements and streamline QA processes.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of QA experience with large-scale applications, covering both front-end and back-end testing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Playwright, SQL, REST, and load-testing tools like K6.
- Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Kibana, DataDog, or NewRelic.
- Collaboration: Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and mentoring engineers.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, handle challenges effectively, and deliver results.
