Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth and expand the presence in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity sales, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. This role requires a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the cyber intelligence landscape and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government, enterprise, and critical infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and threats in the cybersecurity landscape to identify emerging opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Provide regular performance reports and market insights to senior management.
- Drive brand awareness and positioning through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development or sales within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of cyber intelligence solutions, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network within the cybersecurity industry and government sectors in the UAE.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
