Job Purpose
The Head of IT will be responsible for leading the New Century Education’s (NCE) technology strategy, overseeing IT operations, and ensuring alignment with the institution’s educational and operational goals. IT Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement the IT vision aligned with the group’s educational goals.
• Create and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement and project timelines.
• Identify and adopt emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Infrastructure Management
• Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of IT systems, networks, and software.
• Ensure uninterrupted connectivity, robust data security, and compliance with legal regulations.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Educational Technology
• Drive the integration of cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance teaching and learning.
• Support e-learning platforms, interactive tools, and digital resources.
• Collaborate with educators to develop technology-driven learning initiatives.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to achieve high levels of performance and innovation.
