We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in negotiating and managing contracts, particularly with government entities and in the cybersecurity space. This individual should possess a deep understanding of offensive cybersecurity products, along with a proven track record in sales contract negotiations, closing high-value deals, and navigating the complexities of working with government agencies. The Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing contract lifecycle management, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts with government entities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, policies, and regulations
- Negotiation: Manage high-stakes negotiations for large, complex contracts, particularly in the cybersecurity domain. Navigate intricate negotiations to meet company objectives while balancing government requirements and risk management concerns
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all contracts are compliant with applicable regulations, including government procurement processes, cybersecurity requirements, and intellectual property protections. Advise internal teams on regulatory changes and impact on contract obligations
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government officials, procurement officers, and internal stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners regarding contractual matters
- Cybersecurity Expertise: Provide guidance on the inclusion of appropriate terms and clauses specific to cybersecurity products, ensuring that cybersecurity solutions are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. This includes data protection, incident response, and cybersecurity standards
- Sales Closing Support: Assist the sales team in overcoming contract-related barriers during the sales process, ensuring that final agreements close efficiently and on time. Serve as an integral part of the sales cycle, particularly during the final stages.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in Contract Management (e.g., NCMA, CPCM) is a pl

- 8+ years of experience in contract management, with a focus on commercial negotiation
- Proven experience in the cybersecurity or defense industry is mandatory
