About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to join a prestigious government project aimed at implementing and achieving ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) certification within a six-month timeline. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, providing critical expertise in cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Implement and maintain Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 standards.

Ø Conduct risk assessments, prioritize security risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ø Prepare the organization for the external ISO 27001:2022 certification audit.

Ø Develop and enforce information security policies, training, and awareness programs.

Ø Assist in third-party supplier risk assessments and overall risk management strategies.

Ø Maintain governance and compliance with UAE regulations and international standards, including ISO 27017, NIST, PCI-DSS, and CSA.

Ø Facilitate bilingual communication (Arabic and English) to ensure smooth collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Language Proficiency: **Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.**

Certifications (Preferred):

1.     ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer

2.     CISSP, CISA, CISM

3.     Cloud security certifications (e.g., Azure Security Engineer)

Experience:

1.     Proven experience in ISO 27001:2022 implementation.

2.     Familiarity with UAE information security regulations (e.g., UAE IA, Cloud Security standards).

3.     Expertise in cloud security, risk assessments, and governance frameworks.

Soft Skills:

1.     Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

2.     Proactive and adaptable to handle ad hoc requests efficiently.

Engagement Details:

Ø Duration: 6 months (on-site, five days a week).

Ø Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
