Responsibilities
- Lead and manage incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery from cyber security incidents.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and strengthen the organization’s security posture.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents from various security tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of the organization’s operations.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging cyber security threats and trends to proactively address potential risks.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on security projects and initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend security products and technologies to enhance the organization’s security capabilities.
- Train and mentor junior security analysts to enhance their knowledge and skills in cyber security.
- Prepare and present regular security reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and authentication protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and authentication protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
