Job Title: Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Operations
Location: Dubai
Day to Day activities in this role -
- Lead and mentor a cybersecurity team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
- Align security operations with business goals, driving improvements in cybersecurity practices and technologies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, adapting to emerging threats and trends.
- Manage SOC operations to ensure continuous monitoring, detection, and response to incidents.
- Oversee security KPIs, SLAs, and budget to support strategic initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with technology and business leaders to integrate security into systems and initiatives.
- Maintain cybersecurity standards, playbooks, and incident response plans.
- Investigate major cybersecurity incidents and communicate outcomes to leadership.
Must have requirements:
- Proven leadership in SOC operations and cybersecurity strategy within complex organizations.
- Expertise in frameworks and regulations such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
- 10-15 years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Hands-on knowledge of advanced cybersecurity tools and technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred), with certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
