Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated CCTV Technician and IT Support Specialist to oversee our surveillance systems' installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting while providing technical assistance to our employees. This dual-role position is essential for maintaining the security of our business center and ensuring smooth IT operations.
CCTV Technician Responsibilities:
- Installation and Setup: Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras and related surveillance equipment across the business center.
- Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of CCTV systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to camera systems, recording devices, and network connections.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance activities, and any incidents or issues encountered.
- Training: Educate employees on the proper use of the CCTV system and relevant security protocols.
IT Support Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues faced by employees.
- Help Desk Management: Respond to and manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related inquiries.
- Workstation Setup: Set up and configure workstations, printers, and other IT equipment for new hires and existing employees.
- Software Management: Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications used within the business center.
- Security Protocols: Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of IP-based surveillance systems and networking principles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common office software.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCTV installation, CompTIA A+, or similar) are advantageous.
