Position Overview

The ERP & IT Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s ERPNext system,

IT infrastructure, cloud services, and digital platforms. This role ensures stability, security, and efficiency

of ERP workflows, IT systems, hosting environments, and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365. The

position requires both technical expertise and strong coordination skills to support business operations,

user adoption, and compliance.

2 Key Responsibilities

1. ERPNext Administration

Monitor, maintain, and support ERPNext across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and

Accounts modules.

Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.

Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with developers for bug fixes, upgrades, and

enhancements.

Create, customize, and manage reports, dashboards, and SQL queries for management insights.

Ensure ERP data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

Train end-users and provide ongoing ERP support.

2. IT Infrastructure & User Support

Act as first-level support for IT issues (hardware, software, network, connectivity).

Manage IT assets, user onboarding/offboarding, and access provisioning.

Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) for secure device usage.

Ensure endpoint security (antivirus, firewalls, VPN, device policies).

Maintain system performance monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.

3. Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure Management

Manage company domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and hosting accounts (Hostinger, DigitalOcean,

etc.).

Oversee cloud server setup, performance, scaling, and cost optimization.

Administer and monitor cloud applications, ensuring uptime and security.

Coordinate deployment and maintenance of ERP and other applications in cloud environments.

Implement cloud infrastructure best practices, including backup and failover strategies.

4. Microsoft 365 & Productivity Tools

Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Google Workspace.

Manage user accounts, licenses, and security policies in Office 365.

Implement collaboration tools for better team communication and workflow efficiency.

Support integration of Microsoft 365 with ERP and other business systems.

5. Governance, Compliance & Reporting

Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical manuals for ERP and IT systems.

Generate ERP and IT system performance reports for management.

Ensure compliance with IT security, data privacy, and audit requirements.

Monitor ERP uptime, ticket resolution, and system usage metrics.

3 Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

4–7 years of experience in ERPNext and IT administration.

Strong understanding of ERP workflows (sales, purchase, inventory, manufacturing).

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 admin, Exchange, and Teams.

Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (Intune, AirWatch, or equivalent).

Proficiency in SQL, report development, and ERP configuration.

Experience with cloud hosting platforms (DigitalOcean, Hostinger, AWS, or Azure).

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
