Identify and develop new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and agreements in alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring ongoing communication and relationship management.
Address and resolve client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update CRM portals with accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activity.
Communicate with vendors regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Ensure timely updates of licenses and compliance documents in the internal database.
