Join one of our prestigious client’s dynamic team as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator specializing in IBM Security solutions. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our IAM environment to ensure robust security and seamless access control across our organization. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage the IAM environment using IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), IBM Security Directory Server, and IBM Security Directory Integrator.
Customize and configure IBM Security solutions to meet our organization's unique security and access control needs.
Integrate IBM Security solutions with diverse systems, applications, and directories to streamline access management.
Monitor and uphold the performance and availability of the IAM environment, ensuring continuous operation.
Investigate and resolve technical issues related to IAM solutions promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate closely with teams across the organization to understand access control and identity management requirements and develop effective solutions.
Offer technical support and expert guidance on IAM best practices to ensure optimal system performance and security posture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions, preferably with IBM Security products (ISAM, ISIM, Directory Server, Directory Integrator).
Strong understanding of identity management principles, access control, and security protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.).
Experience in configuring and customizing IAM solutions to align with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IAM systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Security Access Manager V9.0) would be a plus.
