Cloud Security Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Presales Discussions: Facilitate technical conversations with GCC region clients to understand their security needs and present tailored solutions.
Create both high-level and detailed design documents, including traffic flow diagrams, to meet client specifications.
Conduct in-depth architecture reviews and provide expert advice on security design.
Develop comprehensive high and low-level design documents, Statements of Work (SoW), and technical proposals.
Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs), deliver demonstrations, and present on a range of Application and Cloud Security technologies such as AWAF, API Security, Cloud Security, SAST, DAST, IAST, and CNAPP.

Qualifications & Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Required Certifications: F5 301, 302, 303.
Preferred Certifications: F5 401, 402; Prisma Certified Cloud Security Engineer (PCCSE); AWS Cloud Solutions Architect; Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert; Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP); CCIE Security; CISSP.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Ansible, JavaScript, Perl, or Python.
Proven background in application security, software development, and cloud technologies.

Technical Expertise:

In-depth understanding of application security principles with practical experience in relevant technologies.
Extensive technical expertise in F5 product technologies.
Experience with automation tools (REST, Ansible), cloud design and deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP), container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Openshift), API security, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Must Have

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in analytics and from successful startup or consulting firm
