Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Success Manager - Cyber Security at TAC Security in Mumbai. The role involves tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, using analytical skills for problem-solving, focusing on customer retention, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
TAC Security is seeking an experienced Upselling Manager to lead our efforts in maximizing revenue from existing clients. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to identify upselling opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement upselling strategies to increase revenue from existing customers.
- Analyze customer data to identify potential upselling opportunities.
- Manage and mentor the upselling team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide training and resources to enhance team members’ upselling skills and product knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and identify potential solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and uncover additional needs.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align on upselling initiatives and share customer insights.
- Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on new offerings and enhancements.
- Track and analyze upselling performance metrics, providing reports to senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or upselling, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
