We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Security Consulting Consultant to join our Cyber Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, consulting, and strategy development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions for our clients, driving business growth while enhancing their resilience to cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity Strategy Development: Work with clients to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with their business objectives and risk appetite.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Assist clients in identifying security risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Threat Landscape Analysis: Analyze the evolving threat landscape to help clients assess their security posture and create proactive defense strategies.
- Cybersecurity Maturity Assessments: Conduct cybersecurity maturity assessments and gap analyses to provide insights into clients' current security capabilities.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations for improving their cybersecurity practices.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Partner with technical teams to design and implement cybersecurity solutions, aligning them with clients' strategy and operations.
- Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in cybersecurity, and contribute to Accenture's thought leadership by publishing articles, white papers, or speaking at industry conferences.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams across various domains, such as GRC, SOC, data privacy, cloud security, and AI, to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in security consulting or a cybersecurity role.
- Experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity strategies, risk assessments, or security frameworks.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS) and governance models.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of security domains, including governance, risk management, threat management, incident response, data protection, and cloud security.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies is a plus (e.g., IAM, PKI, SIEM, DLP).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certifications: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are preferred.
