Join our team as an IT Intern and gain hands-on experience in managing and maintaining cutting-edge technology solutions. This paid, full-time, 6-month internship offers the opportunity to work closely with our IT and security teams, supporting various initiatives and contributing to critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management and maintenance of IT systems, including hardware and software.
- Support the IT team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for end-users.
- Participate in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (PCI-PIN, PCI-DSS, NESA).
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents, and assist in responding to potential threats.
- Help in maintaining documentation related to IT systems, security policies, and compliance.
- Assist with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities.
- Provide support for IT projects, including system upgrades and software deployments.
- Assist in conducting security awareness training and educating employees on best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT and security teams to identify areas for improvement and evaluate solutions.
Qualifications:
- Current or recent enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and common software applications.
- Knowledge of PCI-PIN, PCI-DSS, NESA, etc. compliance standards, and payment security is a plus.
