The Position
OPSWAT is looking for Manager of Sales Operations who can roll up their sleeves in a role that is leading operations for our fast-growing Middle East, Turkey, & Africa sales region. The leader will ensure our sales team in META can focus on selling and minimizing all sales drag associated.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead sale forecasting process across Middle East, Turkey, and Africa and provide guidance on pipeline coverage vs. target for sales leadership. Work with Reps to improve forecasting.
- Work with your sales leader on headcount planning for both sales and supporting functions.
- Annual territory design and account assignments by working with Sales Leadership to optimize sales coverage and target new industry verticals and firms.
- Assist META sales team on day to day quote support across META, EMEA, & APJ sales teams when they run into issues on Salesforce CPQ. Support day to day operation’s needs.
- Provide day to day reporting support and analysis together with our BI COE.
- Support day-to-day metrics and reporting needs for META sales.
- Improve and audit Salesforce to ensure accurate data quality in META across accounts, opportunities, forecasts, contacts, cases, & contracts / quotes. Coordinate across Marketing, Channel Sales, & Field Direct Sales on monthly attainment.
- Manage hardware forecasting across META sales region and interlock with the worldwide supply chain function.
- Manage inventory in META sales region provided to clients & channel partners to stimulate demand including returns and transfers of inventory.
- Collaborate with worldwide supply chain.
- Support local regulatory, compliance, and legal matters in collaboration with our general counsel.
- Manage Dubai office and vendors supplying services including building / facilities, office supplies, telecommunications, food services, etc.
- Support sales as clients, channel partners, executives visit the Dubai office and have needs for food service, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment to drive bookings growth.
- Serves as point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, and all 3rd parties.
- Manages the overall office condition and layout. Liaise with facility management vendors-including cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Prepares and manages the office G&A budget and contracts with office vendors, service providers and office leases.
- Plans in-house activities such as food service, celebrations, and conferences.
What We Need From You
- You have 3 –7 years of experience in Sales Operations; early to career.
- Familiarity and expertise in tech platforms and processes that support high-efficiency GTM strategies and revenue lifecycle, including Salesforce (SFDC) Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment with a passion for driving sales programs that create incremental time savings per week for sales reps.
- You have advanced excel skills and are very comfortable in spreadsheets/analytics.
- Passion for continuous learning.
- Experience working with team members in Europe and Asia and United States.
- Industry expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS in a Sales Operations function.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud.
- CaptivateIQ, PowerBI, Advanced Excel Skills.
