- Develop and communicate a forward-thinking technology vision that aligns with the company's long-term business goals, particularly in the FinTech, RegTech, and SaaS sectors
- Lead innovation initiatives, ensuring the company leverages emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape the company's strategic direction, driving growth through technology
2. Large-Scale Product Development & Architecture{{:}}
- Oversee the development and management of scalable, high-performance technology platforms that cater to market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer demands

Requirements
