Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor OT security events and reviewing implemented controls for effectiveness as part of continuous security improvement and optimization
- Perform periodic in-house security assessments for identifying gaps in existing controls
- Execute OT security controls to align with the business procedures
- Be the Subject Matter Expert providing technical security expertise for projects at site
- Assist in the development of security incident response procedures for various types of security incidents impacting the OT.
- Assist in preparing budget based on security requirements
- Effectively communicate on security status to senior leadership and management team
- Continuous engagement & involvement with various site maintenance & technical services teams
Desired Additional Skills:
- Experience working with multiple industrial control system OEM solutions (Example: Honeywell, GE, ABB, Yokogawa etc.)
- Experience in working with Industrial Control System Cyber security projects
- Experience in hardening and securing the Industrial control HMI and Engineering systems
- In depth understanding and expertise of operating systems, network/system architecture, and IT architecture design, operating system configuration, networking & security technologies (router, switch, firewall, active directory etc.).
- Deep understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols (including TCP/IP, UDP,
- DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC, OPC UA, and PROFINET) and ability to perform packet analysis.
- Understanding of threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits in OT environments and appropriate mitigation techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of IT / Cybersecurity Standards (NESA IAS, ISO 27001, ISA 62443, NIST, etc.). Work Condition
