CTO – Chief Technology Officer
Dubai (UAE) – up to 70,000 AED (experience dependent)

Our American client is expanding to the UAE, with an already dominating presence across the West Coast (USA), they have set their sights on Dubai. You’ll be responsible for expanding the Dubai IT division and driving innovation, with full autonomy on strategic direction, following an investment backed fund. You will work closely with the executive team to align technology with business goals, lead the development of cutting-edge solutions, and ensure the technological infrastructure supports the mission and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the technology strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the technology team, including software development, IT operations, and engineering.
- Oversee the development and deployment of new technologies, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Manage technology infrastructure, including software, hardware, and networks.
- Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure the quality, scalability, and security of all software products.
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, including cybersecurity threats and system vulnerabilities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a CTO or similar leadership role within a technology driven company.
- Deep understanding of technology infrastructure and software development. Proficiency in C#, .Net, React, Python, AWS is a plus.
- Knowledge of emerging tech trends including AI/ ML
- Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and guide a diverse technology team.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) is a plus.
