Overview
The Emiratisation - Fresher Cyber Security role is vital to our organization as it focuses on bridging the gap between the cybersecurity domain and fostering Emirati talent. The individual in this position will be pivotal in driving initiatives aimed at developing cybersecurity skills among Emirati nationals, contributing to the organization's commitment to Emiratisation and building a strong cybersecurity workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in cybersecurity training programs to enhance knowledge and skillset
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of security measures for the organization's systems
- Contribute to the development and review of cybersecurity policies and procedures
- Collaborate with senior team members on cybersecurity incident response and resolution
- Assist in conducting security assessments and risk analysis
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies
- Support in the investigation of security breaches and incidents
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives targeted at Emirati nationals
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of security tools and solutions
- Contribute to cybersecurity documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Emirati national with a valid UAE passport
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and concepts
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong desire to build a career in cybersecurity
- Basic understanding of network security, encryption, and authentication techniques
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
