The position of GCC Onsite Pre-Sales MSSP Cybersecurity at HQ Dubai plays a crucial role in leading the pre-sales technical engagement with potential clients and supporting the sales team in the MENA region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales technical engagements with potential clients in the GCC region.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective Cybersecurity solutions.
- Present technical solutions to clients and demonstrate product value.
- Support the sales team with deep technical knowledge and expertise.
- Work collaboratively with the sales teams to position MSSP capabilities to support client needs.
- Provide technical expertise and input during the sales process.
- Assist in crafting proposals and solution presentations.
- Participate in client meetings and discussions as a technical advisor.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations.
- Work closely with the technical teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or technical sales within the Cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) offerings.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of GCC Cybersecurity market and client needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience in supporting sales teams in complex technical sales processes.
- Ability to travel within the GCC region for client engagements.
- Proven track record of successfully positioning technical solutions to clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
