IT Director / CTO
Experience Required:
Must have Minimum 10 years of experience in IT in Middle East Region, with strong exposure to project management, stakeholder management, budgeting, and team leadership.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead our technology operations, manage IT projects, and align IT strategy with business goals. The candidate will be responsible for managing teams, handling stakeholders, controlling IT budgets, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall IT strategy and operations of the company
- Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and management to understand business needs
- Manage IT budgets, cost control, and vendor negotiations
- Build, lead, and mentor the IT team to achieve high performance
- Ensure proper reporting of IT performance, risks, and project updates to senior management
- Maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and data security standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation
- Manage external vendors, service providers, and technology partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
