THE IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL:
Reporting to the Client Engagement and Data manager, your goal will be to empower CHANEL Middle East teams to deliver seamless, data‑driven clienteling across every touchpoint (digital and physical) to drive business opportunities.
YOUR MISSIONS & RESPONSABILITIES:
DATA:
- Data transformation: turn client data into actions to feed business with key client reports on a regular basis
- Local Data Stewardship: share a clear view and mapping of different data platforms and tools developed by Europe Digital team
- Data governance & quality data standards: identify client data discrepancies to enrich our client knowledge. Ensure data privacy and security for the market
- Local adoption of digital platforms: upskill teams to leverage client data tools in their day-to-day, onboard newcomers.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT:
- Support the implementation of Clienteling objectives defined by each business and measure them monthly. Provide analytics on the Clienteling KPIs achievement and support Business with insights to reach those objectives
- Follow & execute the CRM plan based on business strategy: client communication plan (email, messaging, prints), and ROI on the CRM actions (client targeting, collection launch, event attendance)
- Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless journey throughout the channels
DIGITAL TOOLS
- Support the deployment and usage of clienteling digital tools in store along with retail e-services solutions when needed.
- Monitor KPIs & propose booster plan to maximize tools adoption
- Regularly visit the boutiques and connect with the teams to stay close from their needs in terms of tools and reports
- Gather needs from markets and share with Europe for further development upon business request (specific event, new feature…)
- Support ad-hoc initiatives from business teams linked to connected experiences or digital tools
