We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager with experience in real estate development to oversee and manage our company’s entire IT infrastructure — including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead IT operations, including servers, hardware, software, and network management.
• Ensure smooth daily IT operations while driving digital transformation and cybersecurity best practices.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting across all departments.
• Manage IT projects such as system upgrades, office setups, and software deployments.
• Oversee vendor relationships and IT budgets.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of IT management experience with hands-on technical expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Workspace).
• Experience in firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, Active Directory, and backup systems.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, MCSE, ITIL) are a plus.
• Previous experience working in real estate development is mandatory.
