Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Dubai. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, including network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring network security. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service to address technical inquiries and support requests from team members and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
- Knowledge of Network Security protocols and best practices to ensure secure operations
- Excellent Customer Service skills to support technical needs and resolve user concerns
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are an advantage
- 3CX knowledge and (all-inkl ) cloud servers
