Job Summary
Abu Al Naga Development is seeking a proactive and skilled Information Technology Specialist to support and manage the company’s IT infrastructure across offices and development sites. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, system security, and efficient technical support, with the ability to travel between locations when required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily IT technical support to users (hardware, software, email, networking).
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, servers, routers, switches, CCTV, and access control systems.
Manage Microsoft 365, email systems, data backups, antivirus, and cybersecurity controls.
Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues promptly and efficiently.
Support internal systems such as ERP, HR, accounting, CRM, and project management platforms.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when necessary.
Provide IT support for site offices and development locations.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional IT experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking.
Experience with CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, routers, firewalls, and IT security.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in real estate development or construction companies.
Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks effectively.
