Nazih Group is looking for an Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Lead to join our IT leadership team. Reporting directly to the Group IT Director, you will own the architecture, security, and operations of our enterprise systems.
You will be responsible for optimizing our SAP S/4HANA infrastructure and maturing our Azure Cloud strategy.
What You Will Do:
- Own the Cloud: Architect and manage our Azure environment (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security).
- Power SAP: Ensure our SAP S/4HANA infrastructure is resilient, fast, and secure.
- Secure the Enterprise: Lead our cybersecurity defense (Firewalls, EDR, SIEM, Governance) and ensure compliance.
- Lead the Team: Mentor a team of engineers and manage key vendor relationships.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 12+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in a Senior/Lead role.
- Azure Mastery: Proven deep experience with Azure Architecture, Networking, and Entra ID.
- SAP Knowledge: You understand what SAP needs from an infrastructure perspective (HANA DB, Sizing, SUSE/RedHat).
- Security Focus: Experience with Fortinet/Palo Alto and modern security frameworks (Zero Trust, ISO).
- Leadership: You have managed teams, budgets, and critical projects.
Role Summary: We are seeking a high-caliber IT leader to spearhead Nazih Group’s infrastructure and security strategy. In this role, you will act as the principal architect for our digital transformation, shifting from legacy on-premise systems to a secure, resilient, and scalable Azure Cloud environment. You will possess specialized expertise in hosting and optimizing SAP S/4HANA workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Architecture: Design and deploy enterprise-grade Azure Landing Zones (Compute, Storage, Networking, Identity).
- SAP Infrastructure: Architect the infrastructure layer for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
- Cybersecurity: Implement a Zero Trust security model, manage Next-Gen Firewalls, and oversee vulnerability assessments.
- Operations: Manage the IT infrastructure budget, lead the support team, and handle vendor SLAs.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of total IT experience.
- 5+ years specifically in Microsoft Azure architecture.
- 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA infrastructure management.
- Strong background in Cybersecurity (Firewalls, EDR, Governance).
