We are hiring a
Head of GenAI Cybersecurity, Delivery Services to lead the regional presence, manage enterprise client engagements, and build a high-performing on-ground delivery team.
This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on project delivery, and building relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and senior stakeholders. You will oversee high-exposure projects in AI Red Teaming and GenAI guardrails, while helping shape the organisation's long-term vision in the Middle East.
AI cybersecurity experience is not required — strong cybersecurity fundamentals, delivery expertise, and leadership experience are the key success factors.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Leadership: Lead the organisation's presence in the Middle East, representing the brand at industry events, conferences, and senior-level meetings.
- Project Delivery: Oversee successful implementation of B2B cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise requirements and regulatory standards.
- Team Development: Build and mentor a team of cybersecurity analysts and engineers; instil a culture of excellence and continuous development.
- Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders, guiding them on cybersecurity risk, resilience, and GenAI security best practices.
- Market Growth: Drive expansion through partnerships, account development, and thought leadership across the region.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with proven delivery of complex enterprise projects.
- Strong leadership background with experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage C-suite executives with confidence.
- Strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity controls, and industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment; "hyper-scaler" mindset.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Asian languages are an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Established network within enterprise or government sectors in the Middle East.
- Familiarity with AI/ML or GenAI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM, ISO 42001).
- Background in consulting, technology startups, or innovation-driven environments.
- Exposure to red teaming, LLM safety, or AI governance (nice to have, not required)
